The SpagoWorld projects are released under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). In sum, it means that everyone receiving one of the SpagoWorld solutions receives all the licence rights and duties too. According to the GNU LGPL License, if you modify a SpagoWorld project and distribute the modified version, all changes, all interface code and all code connected directly or indirectly to the latter fall under the GNU LGPL licence; obviously, the unchanged copies of the SpagoWorld projects fall under the GNU LGPL license too.
A peculiarity concerning SpagoBI that, not only developes, but also integrates the most interesting Free Open Source solutions in order to produce a comprehensive Business Intelligence platform. So, SpagoBI licensing schema is quite complex as explained below. A Support Agreement is available for everyone that develops its own project using SpagoWorld solutions with guarantees, training and professional support services (see Services Section). The documentation of the SpagoWorld projects is licensed under the Creative Commons License.
