The document (in Italian) describes some open source business models and their relationship with different users' models. Based on the Engineering's present experience, the system integrator approach, it describes a new "project centric" business model. Connections with Public Administrations’ needs are investigated and suggestions to create the starting conditions to establish an active relationship between integrators and Pas are given. The aim is to build and sustain in time an effective ecology of value where the Public Administration is the key player.
