SpagoBI for the Business Information Management program at Reutlingen University

Reutlingen University has chosen SpagoBI as the open source business intelligence platform for the realization of a management cockpit. The aim was to show the possibility of managing a corporate group with the adoption of Open Source Business Intelligence software. SpagoBI for the decision-making process of G.E.I.

BIForDecide, the first Tunisian open source business intelligence integrator in North Africa, has deployed SpagoBI for Generale D’Equipement Industriel. G.E.I. is an important company operating in the wholesale trade of household electrical appliances. The project realized by BIForDecide, called “Projet Co-PILOT”, offers the managers of G.E.I. a set of supporting tools to be used in the decision-making process, such as dashboards, reports and OLAP cubes. The project includes different BI tools, such as: MySQL database, Talend ETL, IREPORT reports and Mondrian OLAP cubes.
