The new websites of the SpagoWorld and GeoBI initiatives and of SpagoBI, Spagic, Spago4Q and Spago projects are available now with new graphic design and contents.
Rome, 29th July 2011 – The new websites of Engineering Group’s open source initiative and its several projects are available now, after a careful review of its communication model and contents, carried out by SpagoWorld team itself.
Now each project website has independent contents, thus following a common vision, based on the fact that SpagoWorld projects are just like sky floating balloons, which “stand out in the freedom of open source” providing solutions fitting users’ real needs.
A special attention has been paid to providing concise and effective information, addressed to the different types of users, including IT departments which want to make the best choice for their organization, integrators, consultants, analysts, researchers, students and all those people who wish to contribute to the success of these solutions worldwide.
The concise and “at a glace” approach, following the “What – Why – How can I use it – How can I participate” structure, is a direct pass key to all information, allowing to further delve into the subject.
The decision to divide the websites into different sections is the consequence of the particular attention paid to the description of the solutions, of the available support services, of the information and tools provided to the community – including a new section dedicated to the projects analyses – and of the partnership programs. Besides, the websites offer a clear and transparent description of the vision of the initiative, of its entirely open source approach and of the several available resources.
